Hi, I'm Eliana and I have a genuine love and interest in helping animals live their life to the fullest, and ensuring they are comfortable and pain free, especially as they age.
I developed a strong interest in canine rehabilitation when my senior Border Collie cross Kelpie, became quite ill at the age of 17. During this time there was little support available for her, so I began to research ways that I could help her mobility and became a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist through the Canine Health & Wellbeing Academy.
I am currently undertaking studies to further my knowledge and skills within the veterinary and animal rehabilitation sector.
I currently have two pampered, senior Greyhounds, who are my world. I enjoy spending time with them and seeing the look of delight on their faces when they know they are about to be pampered with a massage.

Remedial canine massage has a range of benefits for your dog including assisting with:

Remedial Canine Massage works by applying a range of gentle strokes, techniques and pressure to various muscles, soft tissues, bones and pressure points found within a dog's body.
Our techniques enable us to offer surface massage as well as deeper tissue massage.
Each dog is viewed as an individual and a careful assessment is taken of each dog and their discomfort, pain, injuries and anxieties.
As such our pampering, approach and methods vary for each dog.

Our session begins with an initial assessment and a 'get to know you' session.
Prior to conducting a massage session, we ensure that we speak to the humans to ensure that we have a good understanding and awareness of their needs and desired goals and outcomes as well as the dogs needs and habits so that a well-rounded holistic approach is taken.
We spend some time allowing the dog to get to know us, watch them walk, lay and stand; this helps us identify if they are weight baring, favoring a limb, struggling to get up or down or appear to have any pain.
We then gently begin with a light, surface massage that looks and feels like a pat; this helps us identify any differences between the left and right sides of the body.

Laser Therapy is non-invasive and uses red / near infrared light to assist with:

**Vet approval & clearance is needed for post-operative laser sessions **

Prior to conducting a laser therapy session, we get to know your dog and require a minimum of two massage sessions to have occurred.
This ensures that your dog is comfortable with us, our touch and that they are a suitable candidate for laser therapy. We also ensure that we speak to the humans to ensure that they have a good understanding and awareness of what laser therapy can achieve for their furbaby as well as being aware of aftereffects such as additional urination and gassiness.
We start by putting doggles on our gorgeous clients as well as wearing our own goggles.
Once everyone is ready, we gently start moving the laser over each area while also providing a gentle massage.
Each session is individualised to meet the clients need.
It is recommended that, initially, six laser sessions occur within a two - three week period.

Unfortunately, laser is not suitable for everyone and as such we require a minimum of two massage sessions to occur for your dog so that we can assess whether laser therapy is a suitable option.
We do not offer laser therapy to anyone who has metal implants of any sort, wire or foreign bodies/items. We also do not offer laser to any dogs who have been diagnosed or undergoing treatment for cancer.
This little girl has severe arthritis in her hips & back limbs that cause pain, discomfort & minimise her mobility. We massage the entire body but in this instance focus quite strongly on her back end to provide comfort & assist her mobility
This little girl was booked in for a pamper session. Through our gait assessment we were able to identify slight weight baring & upon massaging were able to identify soreness & potential early onset arthritis; we massaged up to her comfort zone & had a chat with her fur-parents recommending a vet visit
Look at that smile! This gorgeous young man waited patiently for his turn to be pampered. Remedial massage doesn't have to focus on an issue, it can simply be for relaxation ;)
This handsome young man is enjoying his full body massage. Remedial massage can simply be for relaxation and enjoyment ;)

Stella clearly loved the gentle massage on her back legs after the walk ! Thank you -Eliana and now I know how I can I help her with that tightness on her R thigh - that you identified before the walk !

Eliana was very respectful of each dogs personal boundaries and ensured each dog had the best time possible. They had been lightly assessed for arthritis in the past. However, I wanted the most accurate assessment for them possible as they are in their senior years. With our boy, it's a challenge to receive any kind of assessment as he is incredibly reactive. He can't be touched by others. Fortunately, through our training, Eliana was able to instruct me what to do so she could work her magic. You don't know how grateful I am that this service is out there for all dogs but mostly dogs like our boy. Now we know the intensity of his condition, which can be managed. Our girls absolutely loved their massage! It was great to learn where their arthritis was specifically located and that fortunately it's not that bad. The look on Misty's face when the stress off her shoulder was relieved was priceless. Thank you so much Eliana for providing a brilliant service!

Stella had a really lovely relaxing massage yesterday here at home thanks to Eliana Vogiatzis from Pawfect Canine Pampering. Stella was a bit unsure about what was happening for the first five minutes but then she relaxed right into it and was able to communicate with Eliana and let her know which parts might be a bit tender and which parts were bliss . It was all very interesting and Stella topped it off by stealing the kangaroo treats that Eliana had bought . Stole them all while I was saying goodbye. Today Stella walked freely and easily , trotting along happily and comfortably . She is looking forward to seeing Eliana again !

She loved hers

Thank you again to Eliana for the dogs massages. I'm sure we have the most spoilt dog walking group ever.

I hope you are well.. I cant sing your praises enough you are amazing.. What you have done for Merv is really awesome.. We took him to the park last night and he did not limp one bit... Today he is walking like a normal dog no limping.. I have told everyone at the dog park who you are and what you do.. Every one that has a dog I am telling them how amazing you are.. We are going to take Merv and Grace to take the lead today and I will be telling them all about you and letting them know to contact you if Merv needs you at any time.. YOUR THE BEST xxxx'
